REAL ESTATE EDUCATION
DAIRE's Real Estate Education Series is a four-semester program designed to guide DAIRE members from foundational real estate principles to advanced investment analysis and asset management. Each semester builds on the last, covering essential topics like financial modeling, REIT presentations, case studies, and mock interviews, with opportunities for hands-on experience through company partnerships and required seminars.
PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT
DAIRE’s professional development program equips members with the skills and resources to make a strong impression in the industry. We offer resume and networking profile reviews, headshots, and guidance on workplace attire, with support from company partnerships that prepare our members to excel from day one.
ACCESS TO INDUSTRY RESOURCES
DAIRE members gain valuable access to industry resources through career treks, where firms host members for in-depth tours and insights into their operations. Additionally, guest speaker events and campus initiatives connect members with professionals, enriching their understanding of the real estate landscape.
