CULTIVATING LEADERS
DAIRE partners with talented students from six universities across the U.S., 76% of whom are Black and Brown. We believe that real estate potential exists in every community, and as we expand our reach to support students from diverse institutions, DAIRE remains committed to providing the skills and support needed for these emerging leaders to thrive.
ENROLLMENT FIGURES
Our program currently serves a cohort of 132 students, with 20% in their freshman year, 23% as sophomores, and 36% as juniors, while the remaining 21% are seniors. This balanced distribution provides potential sponsors with a robust pipeline: seasoned seniors are primed for full-time roles, while younger students are immersed early in DAIRE’s curriculum, equipping them with the foundational skills and experience needed to excel in internships.
FINANCIAL NEED
DAIRE members represent a broad spectrum of ethnic, academic, and economic backgrounds. As of our Fall 2024 data collection, approximately 6 out of every 10 DAIRE members participate in work-study programs or part-time employment to support educational expenses, and roughly 3 out of every 4 DAIRE members receive financial aid during their enrollment at their respective universities.
