JOIN DAIRES DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM (DDP)
The DAIRE Development Program (DDP) is a prestigious training initiative designed for both general body members and executive board leaders eager to contribute to DAIRE’s mission on a national scale. Reserved for our most committed members, the program equips participants with the skills and experience needed to assume leadership roles within DAIRE’s National Board. Graduates will have the opportunity to shape new initiatives and strengthen existing operations, leaving a lasting impact on our rapidly growing organization.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
We’re seeking exceptional DAIRE members who demonstrate strong leadership, outstanding project management skills, and a deep commitment to advancing our mission. Ideal candidates for the DAIRE Development Program (DDP) are engaged, innovative thinkers prepared to take on national leadership roles and continue shaping the future of our organization.

During the program, participants will intern under each National Board member to gain a comprehensive understanding of DAIRE’s operations. This experience ensures that our leadership reflects the dynamic perspectives of our chapters, fostering fresh ideas and grassroots insights that keep our organization connected to its core mission. We are committed to empowering voices from within to lead the next chapter of DAIRE’s growth.

The next round of DDP training, scheduled to commence in Fall 2025, will be based on demonstrated talent and commitment. Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis, and next steps will be determined based on the support needs of the organization.
