BECOME A MEMBER
DAIRE is looking for passionate, impact-driven undergraduate students eager to break into the real estate industry and support diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives. We welcome students from all disciplines and particularly value those committed to advancing equity in real estate and fostering a more inclusive field. Whether you're a freshman or a junior, if you're highly motivated to learn and grow in real estate, we encourage you to apply. Seniors are also welcome, though each chapter’s selection process may prioritize students earlier in their undergraduate journey. While previous real estate knowledge is a plus, it’s not required—what matters most is your enthusiasm, dedication, and desire to be the change you want to see in the field.
APPLICATION PROCESS
General body applications for DAIRE open at the beginning of each semester. To apply, applicants are required to submit a resume along with short answer responses that assess alignment with DAIRE's mission and values. If selected to move to the next round, applicants will participate in a 1-2 round interview process, which includes both behavioral and technical questions. Don’t worry if you’re new to real estate—technical questions are designed to gauge your level of prior knowledge, not to discourage passionate students from applying. If you have the heart and drive to succeed in the real estate field, we have the resources and support to help you grow.
