ABOUT DAIRE
Diversity and Inclusion in Real Estate (DAIRE) is a professional undergraduate organization dedicated to promoting diversity within the real estate industry.
Founded in 2021, DAIRE collaborates with students from various disciplines and universities to support the advancement of real estate careers for individuals from underrepresented backgrounds. DAIRE members receive custom real estate education, professional development opportunities, access to industry resources and comprehensive career preparation.

Witnessing the transformative power of real estate ignited my passion to pursue it and empower others through education. Recognizing the lack of inclusive spaces at Cornell University, I founded DAIRE to create career pathways for underrepresented minorities and foster a supportive community. My mission is to inspire others to pursue their dreams in real estate and ensure everyone has access to the opportunities I've fought for.
